Delivery and Returns

How long does it take?

If your item is in stock, we endeavour to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day! If you have a special request please get in touch and we will do what we can to help. Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

How much is delivery?

All deliveries to UK address are FREE!

(Outside the UK? Shipping charges will vary when purchasing for delivery outside of the UK and the charge will be automatically calculated in the checkout. We ask that, before purchasing for delivery outside of the UK, you check the relevant import and customs’ regulations in relation to nutritional supplements for pets.

Who will deliver?

We use a number of delivery providers to ensure your product reaches you as efficiently as possible. This can include but is not limited to, Royal Mail, DPD, APC, and UPS.

Delivery All OK?

Deliveries by Royal Mail do not require a signature. Deliveries via some other providers do require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage to your delivery please indicate this upon signature and be clear what the issue is. Please be assured that any deliveries that are reported undelivered by Royal Mail will be investigated fully, including interview with post men/ladies as required.

What if I change my mind?

We hope you’ll be very pleased with the products you buy from us, but should you change your mind you can cancel your order and return the product to us within 28 days of the date of delivery. To do so, please contact Customer Services via email to hello@peak-pets.com or telephone 0208 191 7452.

If you cancel the order after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You have 28 days to tell us that you wish to cancel the order and return the product back to us from the date of delivery. Returns are made at your own expense, unless covered in ‘When we pay cost of the return’ below.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights. </small?
